It’s that time of year immediately after Valentine’s Day when the weather is still bleak but the stores are becoming bright and cheery.  Why is this, you ask?  Spring is coming!  Easter merchandise is beginning to dominate store shelves.  A local drugstore has what seems to be miles of Easter candy.
